On Saturday, our fine Wyoming Hosts planned a LONG Poker Run.  North from Cody up the Chief Joseph Highway to Hwy 212 over the Beartooth Pass to Red Lodge Montana.   It don't get much better that that!!
As we climbed up the  highway, it just kept getting better.  This rest stop had several historical markers describing how Chief Joseph had led his tribe through this area, and how he fooled the soldiers who were chasing them and escaped to safety by milling his horses around, then backtracking and riding down a steep ridge.
But hey, we had highway signs to follow..  We just kept climbing and climbing, and the scenery just kept getting better..
Just before stopping at the overlook to this lake, we caught a glimpse of a Mountain Goat making his way across the edge of a snowfield...
As we pulled off for another photo opportunity, we encountered fellow chapter members!!!    Charlie....
 and Diane....
As we came down off the pass, lunch was being prepared for us at Beartooth HD in Red Lodge.  We took the time for another photo op!!

Herb and a bunch of other great people...  I just can't remember all of their names!!!!
